 Annual Pancake Supper and Auction

Each year, Troop 464 holds it’s Annual Pancake Supper and Auction, which serves as it’s only official fund-raising activity for the entire year. In the beginning of January, our Scouts sell tickets for a nominal cost (approximately $6.00 each), which allows the buyer to enjoy an all-you-can-eat meal of pancakes, syrup, bacon, ham, sausage, coffee, soda, water, and all of the usual condiments that accompany such a meal. We normally serve over 1,000 people during this single-evening event, which also includes both live and silent auctions.

All ticket and auction proceeds go directly into our scouting program, to pay for items such as Troop equipment (lanterns, stoves, tents, and other camping gear), as well as other supplies needed to support nearly 100 Scouts.

Scouts also accept donations from the Pearland Community, and many business owners are generous sponsors of our event.
